Time for an Update

It’s been a while since we have posted anything, so time for something new. Mostly what we have done in the past couple of years are some sewing and picture framing, along with a few pen/ink renderings and watercolors.

The Chapel at Nature Camp, Vesuvius, VA

This chapel was done 3 times…in watercolor, pen/ink (black and white), and then a color rendition of the pen/ink with art markers.

We’ve also done a lot of framing for a local artist here in Middlebrook. Here are some samples of the framing:

All frames are milled from old lumber in our woods shop and we cut the mats and glass her on site, too.
All of the above are prints and originals from the same local artist.

We also have made some wooden trays, featuring miniature boat cleats as handles. Again, the lumber is old, and milled here.

Trays in different sizes, some have detailed paintings.

And a mermaid, of course!

As for sewing, a lot of totes were made, and some have been monogrammed to personalize them.
